THE BEST EVENT THAT I HOSTED (LOGAH RAJ A/L JAGANATHAN ALAM019085)

    As the school’s head prefect, one of the best events that I have hosted was my School’s Carnival Day. Every school organizes a school carnival day once every year. It may seem like a one day event but it requires much effort and support from teachers and students to make it a successful one. Being the school’s head prefect I was given the opportunity to lead this specific event. 

     Throughout the process of planning the event I was able to collaborate with the teachers to make arrangements for the carnival. This is because most of the planning had to be done earlier in order to make sure that the event is well planned and organized. I managed to form a committee consisting of several groups of students that would help with the carnival. Some of the tasks delegated includes creating invitations, setting up booths, assigning stalls for students to sell, arrange performances  and to promote the carnival day. Being the leader of this event, I always had a checklist and would frequently get updates from the committee on the progress of the preparation. My main goal of this event was to make sure that anyone who attends this carnival gets to enjoy themselves. 

    On the day of the carnival there were many people who came such as the parents, students and people who live nearby the school.There are many food stalls and game stalls set up by the students and teachers of all sections. Students of different classes were busy helping their teachers till the end of the carnival. There were winning prizes for the best stalls in the carnival and the stalls which had the best collection of money were awarded.  Overall, there was a lot of hustle and bustle on carnival day but everyone enjoyed themselves.We enjoyed ourselves a lot at our school carnival.
