My Best Event (Muhammad Haiqal bin Muhammad Faizal)

 For this topic I would like to share about my first experience with my friend going on holiday in Penang during semester break. Actually, we have been planning to go on holiday together since the beginning of semester 2. And various types of places that have been chosen by us include Tioman Island, Genting Highlands and Penang . But due to lack of financial and it was our first experience, so we agreed to choose to vacation in Penang because it is low cost and closer.  

Our main purpose is to enjoy the beauty of nature while healing the seaside and watching the sunset. Penang is famous for its variety of foods, so we wanted to taste as much as possible the food there including the viral Nasi Kandar with the big cuttlefish. 

Thanks to god, everything went smoothly the whole time we were there, but there were only a few problems I encountered. I was responsible for renting a vehicle and pickup for the three of them at the airport. I got lost a few times when I wanted to go to the airport because I was not used to the roads there, and the roads were very crowded at that time. So much so that I had to make them wait for more than an hour. I feel very guilty but for me it was a very meaningful experience.

There are many interesting places that we visited there, for example the Bukit Bendera. Although we waited for a long time to enter due to the many tourists there, I was still exited because this was my first time on vacation without my family by my side. I like to see the variety of people there. And when I boarded the train to the top of the Bukit Bendera, I was stunned by a Malay woman casually chatting with foreign tourists from United Kingdom. At the top of the hill, we met an old uncle who offered fortune-telling services. We chatted with the uncle while waiting for our fate and it was very interesting.

  

 

That's just a few of my precious first vacation experiences with college friends. I hope one day we can go on vacation together again. Actually, we have many more vacation plans such as going to Korea, Japan and Thailand. If there is enough time and money, we will do our best.
