BEST EVENT (MUHAMMAD AMIRUL ASRAF ALAM018880)

   Everyone has certainly experienced various fun events.So I also experienced in conducting one of the events in high school before which I felt was a best event.The event is an annual dinner that is always held at the end of the year before the form five students sit for SPM.

   As a representing the form four students at that time, I was given the responsibility to organise the event and was also helped by other form four students.The first step taken is to devide the tasks for each form four students.After the tasks are devided, then our work begins to complete one by one until the end.The accountant began collecting funds for the night's souvenirs,the cheer commitee began to decorate the hall, mc began to prepare the text of their speech, and of course I couldn't escape from preparing the complete paperwork and planning the agenda for the event.

   Once everything was approved and the theme of the dinner was accepted by the mister principle, we wasted no time in using the remaining two weeks before the ceremony to get everything ready.The students who have been given the task of buying souvenirs and other neccessary items begin to carry out their task to buy all of them once the funds have also been sufficicient.The cheer committee completes their final decorations to ensure the hall looks grand and attractive.The multimedia committee began looking for talented students from other forms to perform on the night of the event.

   A few days left befor the event, I started distributing invitation cards to all the teachers and the school management to make the dinner more fun that night.All the teachers looked quite excited to attend the event and wished that the ceremony would go smoothly.

   When the day comes, event of ANUGERAH BINTANG TEMENGGUNG begins with a theme of galaxy. The event started with the teachers and followed by form five students enter the hall.The interesting part here is that this entry parade is carried out in a dark hall but decorated by small lights around the hall and galaxy-thermed music making it seem as if everyone who steps into the hall is really in galaxy.

   Alhamdulillah everything went smoothly from start to finish with various agendas such as the souvenirs giving for all form five students,a symbolic cake cuttinv event to culminate the event,a montage performance,performances from the students and many more.

   After everything is finished, the event closed with a photo session.From this event,many teachers and form five students came to us and congratu!ate ys on the success of conducting the event which was very impressive for them.They are proud and of course we as form four students feel very satisfied .So, here are tge events that the best for me than the other events that I ever had.
