   Everyone has a person that they idolize the most and same goes to me.The person that I look up since my childhood is not other than Ronnie Coleman.Ronnie Coleman is a legendary bodybuilder, known for his incredible feats of strength and his impressive physique. Born on May 13, 1964, in Monroe, Louisiana, Coleman grew up in a modest family and worked hard to become one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time.

 

   Coleman began his career in bodybuilding in 1990 when he won his first competition, the Mr. Texas Bodybuilding Championship. He continued to compete for the next several years and gained a reputation for his strength and dedication. In 1998, Coleman won his first Mr. Olympia title, a feat he repeated for the next seven years in a row.

At his peak, he weighed over 300 pounds and was known for his ability to squat over 800 pounds and deadlift over 800 pounds as well.
